What’s the difference between a Pro subscription and Pro credits?
A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited Pro presentations while active. Pro credits are one‑time purchases that let you upgrade individual presentations to Pro without a subscription.
What do I get on the Free plan?
Create up to 3 presentations with core editing and presenter tools. Each Free presentation supports up to 10 slides. Upgrade to Pro for higher limits and advanced features.
Does Pro change import limits?
Yes. Pro removes the 10‑slide cap and increases import allowances so you can bring in larger PPTX decks without trimming first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the customer portal at any time. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if you run into issues, contact support and we’ll do our best to help.
How long can Recording & Analysis run?
Recordings up to about 20 minutes are supported. The server accepts ~50MB audio uploads (WebM/Opus), which generally fits ~20 minutes at common browser bitrates.
Can I download the results?
Yes. You can download the original audio file and a PDF that includes your transcription and summaries.
What kind of summaries do I get?
You’ll get an overall summary of the talk and per‑slide segments. Transcription entries are grouped by the slide that was on screen.
Does it identify different speakers?
Yes. The transcript is labeled by speaker, and the Summary tab provides an easy overview inside the app.
