Present online (Zoom/Meet)

  1. Open BetterPresenter and start your presentation. A Presenter window and an Audience window appear.
  2. In Zoom/Meet, click Share and pick the Audience window. Keep the Presenter window visible only to you.
  3. Use notes, timer, and shortcuts in the Presenter window to control the flow.

Presenting FAQ

Can I edit imported PPTX slides?

Not yet. We’re working on native editing of imported PPTX for a future update. In the meantime, you can edit the content in your favorite slide or image editor and re‑import.

How do I set up multiple screens?

Open the Presenter window on your control screen and the Audience window on the external display or projector. Use your OS display settings to mirror or extend as needed.

What controls are available while presenting?

Keyboard shortcuts, laser pointer, drawing tools, timer, and quick access to speaker notes and next‑slide preview.
